With Lifetime, can I run an extremely large number of active upvotes?

Lifetime gives you unlimited upvotes over time, but keep no more than 9,000 simultaneous active upvotes on the same server. Above that, CFX itself may apply a restriction on the server. Below 9k you can boost freely, cycle the window, and refill whenever.
