Can I add a very large number of upvotes at once?

For batches over 1,300 upvotes we apply a small protective rate limit of ~1 to 1.5 hours to prevent detection by CFX. This rate limit also applies to Monthly and Lifetime plans when you send a big batch in one go — it keeps your server safe. For typical boosts (under 1,300) delivery is instant.
