1. Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT accepted by default. We only provide refunds in cases where the service does not function as intended.

• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis via Discord ticket.
• No refunds for change of mind after a successful delivery.
• No refunds for successfully completed deliveries.
• No refunds for used or partially used license keys.
• If upvotes fail to be delivered or are removed by CFX before the selected duration ends due to an error on our side, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Service Description

CfxUpvotes provides an upvote boosting service for FiveM servers listed on the CFX platform.

• We do not guarantee any specific ranking position on the CFX server list.
• We only guarantee the delivery of upvotes when the service functions correctly and the server is eligible.
• Results may vary based on factors outside our control.

3. License Usage

• License keys are personal and non-transferable unless approved via ticket.
• One-time-use keys are consumed after use and cannot be reused.
• Sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of license keys is prohibited.
• Abuse or misuse of the service may result in termination without refund.

4. Service Availability

• Service uptime is not guaranteed.
• Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.
• We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (including CFX).
• Users assume all risks associated with using the service.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By using CfxUpvotes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
